This summer, something will be born in Tartu that has long been missing from Estonia’s festival landscape.
On 3–4 July 2026, a fresh and ambitious international alternative pop music festival Tartu Punch will debut at Tartu Song Festival Grounds. The festival brings together internationally recognised and currently relevant artists, alongside some of the most outstanding names from Estonia.
Tartu Punch features a carefully curated and genre‑defying music programme. The lineup includes contemporary pop, indie, R&B, electronic, soul, post‑punk and several other styles, creating a diverse yet cohesive musical experience.
The vision of Tartu Punch is to become an international calling card of Estonian festival culture and a defining symbol of the Tartu summer. It is a festival where the spirit and vibe of Tartu meet. The festival is supported by the City of Tartu.
ADDRESS AND OPENING HOURS —
Tartu Punch takes place in Tartu, at the Tartu Song Festival Grounds, located at Laulupeo pst 25. The festival gates open at 14:00 on both Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, and the program runs until midnight. Afterparties will take place at night, with more information coming soon. On both festival days, music will also reach the streets of Tartu during the first half of the day through pop-up stages. The full program will be announced at a later time.

Yes, day passes are on sale.
Are VIP passes sold for the festival? +
Yes, but they will only go on sale after some time. For an additional fee, a regular festival pass can be upgraded to a VIP pass.
Can I move in and out of the festival area? +
Yes, if you have purchased a festival pass, you will receive a wristband. Day passes are not exchanged for wristbands and do not automatically grant re-entry rights. If you wish, you can purchase a wristband on-site for a small fee that allows this. The wristband will be placed on your wrist by our staff and must remain there until the end of the festival. Wristbands are not given to take with you or to put on later. On the second festival day, you cannot receive a new wristband with the same ticket – one festival pass equals one wristband. If something happens to your wristband and it comes off, keep it and go to the ticket office at the festival gate to explain the situation. If you throw it away, there is no proof you had one. You will not be allowed to re-enter with a cut or damaged wristband.
