EKLEKTIKA (LV)

EKLEKTIKA is an instrumental trio from Riga, Latvia, featuring drums, saxophone, and clarinet. With their unusual setup, the band has created a distinctive sound that blends jazz, funk, fusion, progressive rock, Eastern influences, minimalism, and psychedelia. Enhanced by audio effects and additional instruments, their music moves through rich and cinematic sonic landscapes.

Their self-produced debut album Encounters (2024) received widespread recognition, earning nominations at the 2026 Latvian Music Recording Awards for Best Debut Album and Best Jazz, Funk or Soul Album, while the band was also nominated for Best New Artist and Best Jazz, Funk or Soul Artist at the Latvian Music Industry Awards.
